Sessions Explained

We welcome boys and girls from Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and beyond!

Little Springers is intended for children of pre-school age, who are happy to stay with our coaches, without Mum or Dad. We follow the British Gymnastics badge scheme. These children can also take part in our annual club competition.

General Springers is for children aged 4 years and upwards, again following the British Gymnastics Badge Scheme. These children can take part in our annual club competition and from age 6, may be invited to compete in County General Gymnastics competitions at Floor and Vault.

Development Springers is by invitation, where children are selected to train for more than one hour per week. These children take part in our annual club competition and will be selected to compete in County General Gymnastics (Floor and Vault) and Tumbling competitions. Tumbling consists of a series of cartwheels, flicks, whips etc, performed along a sprung track.

Acrobatic Springers (Sports Acro) is also by invitation. In addition to our annual club competition, gymnasts will be selected from age 8 to compete in Bucks County, Southern Region and National level at sports Acro and Tumbling. This type of gymnastics involves gymnasts working in pairs or groups, performing balances and aerial acrobatics.
