This spectacular photograph was taken at the Stadium MK on Novemebr 29 2007. The occasion was the visit of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth to officially open the new Stadium. MK Springers were delighted to be asked to perform on the day. The audience of almost 10,000 people cheered and clapped as they were astonished at the gymnastic skills being displayed. Club Manager Felicity Candler-O’Donnell said “ I am so proud of the gymnasts. They were amazing! It is a tremendous accolade for the club that after just 4 years in existence, we should be invited to perform in such a prestigious arena” |
